I list Gmail in the top place because it is the first tool you need to use any service from Google.
I think you all know about Gmail. It is a popular email client from Google.
There are many email clients available online. such as Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail, etc. But, I found Gmail very useful as a blogger and it is my favorite email client.
You may have many other email accounts such as “firstname.lastname@example.org”, “email@example.com”, etc. It is very time-consuming to check each email account separately. You can forward your other email account to Gmail. I found it very useful.
When forwarded, you don’t have to log in to your other email accounts separately. You can check all the email from Gmail.
You can also use Gmail as your email hub for all your domain emails. For that, you just need to set up an email account in your hosting server.

I first came to know about this tool when I was trying to optimize my blog for search engines. Yes, as a blogger, it is a must-have tool.
Google Search Console (GSE) is a free tool from Google which you should use to monitor your blog’s performance on the search engine. To use GSE for your blog and get your blog’s search engine performance data you need to submit your blog’s XML sitemap to google search console first.
As you start to use GSE, you’ll learn a lot of things about it. I promise you’ll love it.

I think, There is no successful blogger who doesn’t use this tool.

Whenever you need something to work online google put their hands there. Thanks to Google.
If you want MS Excel-like program to keep your data and record online, you can use Google Sheets.
Unlike Microsoft Excel, It is extremely shareable. Like google doc, it also has the autosave functionality and accessible from anywhere. It is also very handy if you have a team to work together.
Google Alerts is another nice service from Google. It lets you monitor the web for mentions of the key phrases you set up on it. Whenever a new mention happens on the web for your keyword, it’ll notify you by email.
It is good for monitoring your brand online. Suppose, you set your blog name as a keyword. Whenever someone mentions you on the web with your blog name, the service will let you know about that by email.
As a blogger, you may sometimes run out of content ideas. Google trends can help you with this.
You don’t need to have any experience to use Google Trends. It is simple to use.
You just need to type your search topic into the search bar. Google Trends will do the rest for you.

It’s very beneficial to them who work as a team. If you allow your team members to access your Google Calendar, they’ll know, when you are free or busy.
